The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with WC.

We are looking for a rent of  £500 PW for a completely free of tie lease  We are flexible with regards to the length of lease, which can be anything between 3 and 10 years. Our main priority is having the right tenants. Capital required £10.000 to cover fixture & fittings, working capital, etc
